“I understand. After retiring, I felt antsy myself. I knew I didn’t want to wrestle anymore, but I still wanted to help out the company in some way. I can relate completely. When you work in a company like this, it’s hard to get adjusted to a regular life,” Beth laughed a bit, forming a small smile. “I’m well. I tried to say hi to you then, but I knew you were busy preparing for your match.”
“See that’s the thing,” Brie responds with wide eyes, wondering if she could say the truth here before shrugging and continuing, “I didn’t want to retire completely. I was pressured into it, technically, unfortunately. So I think that’s why I’m feeling antsy.” She adds, grabbing a weight and adjusting what needed to be adjusted. “There was always after the match, you know.” She grins.
